Location: Meet and Park vehicles at the Fredonia Welcome Center on US 89-A, at the northern edge of Fredonia, AZ. (map) Bathroom facilities are available. Bring your own water and snacks.
Description: Highly scenic, 12 mile non-technical loop on hard-packed natural surface with easy to moderate climbing, returning on pavement through town. Tracking beneath the Chocolate Cliffs, riders enjoy expansive views of the Antelope Valley and the North Kaibab Plateau, while breathtaking afternoon light animates the colorful cliffs of the Grand Staircase. Out and back option to 20 miles.
