BUNTING TRAIL SCAVENGER HUNT

Time: 6:00 PM
Location: From Highway 89A in Kanab, turn west on Kanab Creek Drive and follow it 1.5 miles through the Ranchos. Turn west on Stansfield Drive. Trailhead is on the north side of the road at the dip.
Description: 9th-12th Graders – join BLM Kanab Field Office to explore the geology, paleontology, archeology, and wildlife of the Bunting Trail in a competitive GPS scavenger hunt. BLM will provide GPS units and snacks, but please bring your own water and sturdy hiking shoes. Awards will be given to the groups who complete the greatest number of challenges in the shortest amount of time. Please sign up in advance with BLM KFO by calling (435) 644-4600.
