Kanab Picking Circle – Keeping the Music Alive!

Description: A tradition started by local musician Josh Baird. Every Tuesday evening, bluegrass and folk musicians gather for some pickin’ and grinnin’ at Calvin T’s. This is not a rehearsed concert, but more of an organized jam session. There is a core group of 8 players, but anyone can bring an instrument and join in. Or just pull up a chair and listen. After a fine meal, you can order up a beer at the bar, kick back, and enjoy some of the area’s finest pickers. A knee-slappin’, toe-tappin’ good time!
