Directions: Meet at the Earthfest Information Table, Kane County Office of Tourism, 78 South 100 East, Kanab, at 6:00 PM. Carpool to a nearby site where the wildflowers are blooming!
Description: Local photographer Chuck Combs will invite you to direct your attention away from the beautiful red cliffs for a moment, and to focus on the smaller, often overlooked world for an unusual workshop in macro-photography, the art of taking close-ups. Chuck will freely share his knowledge of techniques and equipment. There’s plenty of time for shooting, so bring your camera and a tripod too, if you have one. Wear clothing appropriate for weather conditions and bring water and snacks or a sandwich.
