Description: Enjoy a Friday night out with the dinosaurs of Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument! GSENM Ranger, Merle Graffam, will chat with you and answer questions about the recent dinosaur discoveries at Grand Staircase. The extraordinary collection on display will include several life-sized skull casts of dinosaurs found recently on the Monument including Deinosuchus, the 65-million-year-old alligator that once lived here, and Gryposaurus, a favorite meal of the “super croc”!
Grand Staircase Escalante Partners will present opportunities to learn more about its supporting efforts on the Monument that emphasize education, science and conservation of the resources for which Grand Staircase was established. GSE Partners organizes volunteers, gratefully accepts contributions, and encourages new memberships in support of its important work.
