NATIONAL PARK SYSTEM

Description: Crawl through an ice-filled cave, fly over a 10,000 foot volcano, trek across the lowest place on Earth, and sail upon an 1800s-era ship, all from the comfort of your chair! Discover some of the West’s lower profile but remarkably unique national parks. Enjoy short films from Lava Beds National Monument, Haleakalā National Park, Death Valley National Park, and San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park.

The Fund for People in Parks provides private funding and professional services to complete inspirational projects that enhance the visitor experience in western National Parks. Since its inception in 2014, the organization has raised $1.5 million dollars and supported 39 projects in 13 parks. Website: peopleinparks.org

DINNER AND A DOC
After the film, enjoy a delicious, gourmet all-you-can-eat buffet supper at Parry Lodge Dining Room prepared by Chef Mike including appetizers, entrees, desserts and non-alcoholic beverages, 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Call Parry Lodge at 435-644-2601 for menu of the day! Full dinner – $17/adult, $9/child 10 and under plus tax; or Dessert only – $6/person. Beer and wine available at regular prices!
